Public programme terms and conditions
For participants enrolling in an Updraft public cohort.
We want enrolling in a public programme to be simple and straightforward. These terms set clear expectations while helping us create a practical, high-trust learning experience for everyone involved.
We understand that plans can change. Because public cohort places are limited, the following cancellation settings apply:

More than 20 working days before the programme starts

Full refund or credit.

11-20 working days before the programme starts

50% refund or credit.

10 working days or fewer before the programme starts

Fees are non-refundable.
If a participant can no longer attend, another person from the same organisation may be substituted up to 5 working days before the programme begins, subject to suitability and programme requirements.
Requests to transfer to a future cohort will be considered wherever possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Places are confirmed once your registration has been accepted by Updraft. Programme fees are payable by the participant or the participant's organisation and must be paid in line with the invoice terms below.
Technical Coaching is designed as a connected learning journey, with sessions building on each other over time. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions, engage fully, and complete any reflection or application activities between workshops.
Occasionally, we may need to adjust programme dates, facilitators, venues, or delivery format. If Updraft cancels a programme, participants will be offered either a transfer to a future cohort or a full refund of fees paid.
Public programmes bring together people from a range of organisations and sectors. We ask everyone to contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and confidential learning environment and not share other participants' examples or stories without permission.
Programme tools, resources, and learning materials are provided for personal and organisational application. They remain the intellectual property of Updraft and may not be reproduced, resold, or used to deliver training without written permission.
Personal information collected for registration and delivery will be used for administration, communication, evaluation, and programme improvement. We are committed to a high-quality experience, while recognising outcomes depend on each participant's context and application.
Programme fees are invoiced to the participant or participant's organisation once registration has been accepted by Updraft, unless we've agreed another arrangement in writing.
Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. To help us confirm places and finalise cohort arrangements, we ask that payment is made before the programme begins wherever possible.
If your organisation needs a purchase order number, supplier setup, or specific billing details included, please send these through at registration so we can get everything sorted smoothly.
If payment is overdue, we'll follow up with the billing contact. In some cases, we may need to delay or withdraw a participant's place. Cancellation, transfer, and substitution requests will be managed in line with the terms above.
Unless otherwise stated, programme fees are exclusive of GST.
